I love podcasts. They are such a convenient and effective way to learn, grow, and explore. I love reading books as much as the next girl- maybe even slightly more- but I am able to get a lot more content in via podcast. I try to listen to 15- 30 mins a day.
I choose to listen while I am getting ready for the day because its the perfect time for me to be able to focus and listen while still being able to get something done.
So what are my favorite podcasts going into 2020? I am here to spill the details.

1. HPX podcast
The HPX podcast discusses all things growth, personal and professional development, and health. Brendon Burchard is one of my favorite motivational and professional speakers. He is positive and practical and as a result always succeeds in motivating and teaching me something new.
I use this podcast a tool for my personal and professional development specifically! I listen to this podcast about twice a week.
2. SHE Podcast
I have followed Jordan Lee Dooley for a long time. She is an awesome Godly woman who I respect immensely. Jordan is an absolute jewel and I love her and her guests perspectives on all things relationships, mental health, productivity, professional development, and spirituality.
I use this podcast to fill my personal cup. She speaks on business and career too but I really enjoy her honest chats about relationships and mental health the most. I list to this podcast about two or three times a week.
3. TED Talks Daily
I think everyone knows about TED Talks by now. I use these podcasts as quick boosts for down times in my day. They can help encourage my productivity, teach me something new, or as a midday break.
I use this as a tool to keep me well rounded and just more aware of new things going on around me. I listen to this podcast about once a week.
4. Build Your Tribe
Chalene and Brock Johnson are a fun mother son duo. This podcast is focuses on business. I use it as a tool to grow myself professional particularly in the area of online media marketing. They share lots of easy tips for growing a following and creating quality content. If you are working a side hustle or developing a personal brand you NEED this podcast.
They bring so much awesome content. I listen to their podcast twice a week.
5. Food, We Need To Talk
I am new to this podcast but I am enjoying the hosts view on food. I appreciate their scientific approach to eating and confronting the issues of yo-yo dieting. I like implementing talks on nutrition into my daily life to further support my journey to total wellness. It is important to learn more about your food and so far I am impressed with this podcast.
I plan to listen to this podcast once a week.
