One Week of Meal Prep

I am so excited! This past week I successfully meal-prepped throughout this past week. Syllabus week has been a blur and my schedule has definitely called for lots of meal prep.

Here’s the food:

This Asian Stir-Fry has been my absolute favorite this week.

  • Grilled chicken
  • Some stir-fry veggies
  • Fried Egg
  • Quinoa

 

This Mexican Skillet meal is great for an easy versatile meal.

  • Ground Beef or Turkey
  • Canned Tomatoes
  • Black Beans

I like to throw this on a salad or lay it on a bed of quinoa. So easy!

 

Pot Pies! Pot pies are so easy and great for freezing leftovers.

  • Delicious Rue based in butter
  • Shredded Chicken or Turkey
  • Frozen Veggies
  • Pie Crust

 

These meals have made my week so much easier and I know I will be set on food for the rest of the month!! Whoohoo!
